Vegan Chocolate Cookie Dough Protein Energy Balls
- ¾ cup organic chickpeas
- ½ cup chocolate almond butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 serving SANO chocolate plant-based protein powder
- ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ⅛ teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
- 1 cup organic rainforest dark chocolate chips
- ½ teaspoon organic coconut oil
Add all ingredients into a food processor until mixed. Take mixed contents and roll into balls.
Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil on stove and pour into a bowl. Dip the protein balls into the chocolate and let cool.
OPTIONAL: Use organic dark chocolate 72% or higher.
