
Golden Protein "Milk"
Ingredients
- 2 cups non-dairy milk
- 1 teaspoon raw turmeric
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon raw honey to taste (optional)
- 1 tablespoon SANO vanilla plant-based protein powder
- pinch black pepper
- ½ inch fresh ginger
- pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Then pour into a small sauce pan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until hot not boiling. Serve!
