
Vegan Vanilla Berry Protein Crepe
Ingredients
- ¾ c buckwheat flour
- ¼ c SANO vanilla plant-based protein powder
- ¾ tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 tbsp organic apple sauce
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 ¾ c filtered water
- 1 ½ c non-dairy yogurt
Directions
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and pulse until well combined. Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat. Once hot pour 1/4 cup batter into the pan and swirl around the pan to form a thin circle. Allowing to cook until the top appears bubbly and the edges dry. Carefully flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Repeat until all batter is finished.
Fill with your favorite non-dairy yogurt, fresh berries and serve or store in the fridge or freezer for later use.
OPTIONAL: Fill with coconut non-dairy yogurt, fresh strawberries and raspberries, pistachios and cacao nibs.
