Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup cashews, soaked overnight
  • 1 small organic banana, frozen
  • 1 tablespoon cacao
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/4 cup room temperature coffee
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 serving SANO vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon coconut sugar (optional)

Directions

Add all of the ingredients into your blender and mix until creamy and smooth.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 serving of SANO vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 3⁄4 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
  • 1 cup ice (optional) 

Directions

Add all of the ingredients in order listed above into your blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add your favorite toppings (banana, granola, peanut butter, chia seeds, bee pollen)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
    ¼ ripe avocado
    2 large handfuls of organic spinach
    1 small handful of organic kale (stems removed)

    1 tablespoon all natural peanut butter
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1 frozen banana
