Golden Protein "Milk"

Ingredients

  • 2 cups non-dairy milk
  • 1 teaspoon raw turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey to taste (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon SANO vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • pinch black pepper
  • ½ inch fresh ginger
  • pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

Directions

Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.  Then pour into a small sauce pan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until hot not boiling. Serve!   

(Makes 1-2 servings) 


Blueberry Cookie Dough Brownie

Ingredients 

Brownie Cake Crust:

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • ⅓ cup cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup organic maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon Himalyan sea salt
  • ¼ cup and 2 tablespoons filtered water
  • 2 tablspoons gluten-free oat flour
  • 1 tablespoon brown rice flour
  • 2 tablespoons SANO chocolate plant-based protein powder
  • 1/3 cup vegan refined sugar-free chocolate chips

Cookie Dough:

  • blanched almond flour
  • coconut flour
  • organic maple syrup
  • coconut oil
  • almond butter
  • Himalyan sea salt (just a hint)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/3 cup organic maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon Himalyan sea salt

Directions

Brownie Cake Crust:
Heat oven to 350 F and grease 9" x 5" loaf pan with coconut oil.  Blitz the sunflower seeds in a high speed blender until them become flour.  Add the rest of the dry ingredients and blend.  Add the liquid ingredients and blend for 2-3 minutes until smooth.  Mix in the chocolate chips.  Bake for 35 minutes.

Cookie Dough:
Take the ingredients listed above and add little by little—adjusting for consistency and flavor—until it looks and tastes like cookie dough.  Then mix in the vegan refined sugar-free chocolate chips.  Pour and pat down the cookie dough in the pan over the chocolate layer and place in the fridge for a least 2 hours.

Add organic blueberries and dried malva flowers.

Vegan Green Vanilla Protein Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe organic banana
  • 1 cup frozen chopped organic mango
  • 2 handfuls baby spinach
  • 3 stalks dinosaur kale (remove stems)
  • 1 tablespoon SANO vanilla plant-based protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • ¾ cup filtered water

Directions

Add all of the ingredients in order listed above into your blender and blend until smooth and creamy.  Add your favorite toppings (puffed quinoa, frozen organic blueberries, dried cornflower petals and edible flowers).

Vegan Chocolate Banana Protein Smoothie Bowl

  • 1 ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ¾ c unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 large handful of organic spinach
  • 1 tbsp almond butter

Directions

Add all of the ingredients in order listed above into your blender and blend until smooth and creamy.  Add your favorite toppings (sliced organic strawberries, dried cornflower, pumpkin seeds and fresh flowers).

Vegan Chocolate Cookie Dough Protein Energy Balls

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup organic chickpeas
  • ½ cup chocolate almond butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 serving SANO chocolate plant-based protein powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon Himalayan sea salt
  • 1 cup organic rainforest dark chocolate chips
  • ½ teaspoon organic coconut oil  

Directions

Add all ingredients into a food processor until mixed. Take mixed contents and roll into balls.

Melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil on stove and pour into a bowl. Dip the protein balls into the chocolate and let cool.

OPTIONAL: Use organic dark chocolate 72% or higher.
