Vegan Chocolate Strawberry Protein Bowl



Add all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth. Then put contents into a bowl and store in freezer while you make the strawberry smoothie bowl.

Combine strawberry and chocolate smoothies into a large bowl and serve.

OPTIONAL: Top smoothies with coconut butter.

Vegan Vanilla Berry Protein Crepe



Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and pulse until well combined. Heat a nonstick pan on medium heat.  Once hot pour 1/4 cup batter into the pan and swirl around the pan to form a thin circle. Allowing to cook until the top appears bubbly and the edges dry.  Carefully flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Repeat until all batter is finished.

Fill with your favorite non-dairy yogurt, fresh berries and serve or store in the fridge or freezer for later use.

OPTIONAL: Fill with coconut non-dairy yogurt, fresh strawberries and raspberries, pistachios and cacao nibs.

Vegan Banana Protein Pancakes

We believe vegan breakfast can include pancakes, and that pancakes can also be packed with protein. So we’ve taken our plant-based protein powder, combined it with our love of plant-based nutrition, and made protein pancakes vegan. Our vegan banana protein pancakes are the perfect plant-based breakfast to add to your diet plan.


  • 1 large organic ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 serving SANO vanilla plant-based protein
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of Himalayan pink sea salt


Whisk together non-dairy milk and mashed banana. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix remaining dry ingredients.

Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet, mix until just combined. Add more non-dairy milk if batter appears too thick. 

Heat a skillet over low heat melting coconut oil. Scoop ¼ cup of the mixture onto the skillet and cook for 60-90 seconds (or until bubbles form) on each side.

Serve immediately.

OPTIONAL: Top with fresh banana slices and warm maple, honey or agave syrup.

  • ½ c almond milk or coconut milk
  • ½ c of gluten free rolled oats, soaked overnight in water and drained of excess liquid

  • ½ c of organic vegan vanilla yogurt
  • 1 c ice cubes
  • handful of spinach or kale (optional)


Add all of the ingredients in order listed into your blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
