Shipping Costs. All SANOsphere.com orders of $50 or more qualify for free priority shipping (3-5 business days). For orders under $50, we offer the three (3) following options:
- Priority Ground Shipping (3-5 business days)
- Two Day Shipping (up to 3 business days)
- Next-Day Shipping (up to 2 business days)
The cost of Non-Standard Ground Shipping is determined by real time carrier rates based on shipping zones.
Free Shipping for SANO Subscribers. SANO subscription based customers always automatically receive free priority shipping (3-5 business days) on all subscription orders. Our subscription based service bills and delivers bi-monthly in an effort to decrease our carbon footrprint and save costs for you.
Damaged Shipment. At SANO we are always taking consistent care of our shipments. In the unlikely situation that your SANOsphere product(s) arrive damaged, please notify us within fourteen (14) days from receipt of delivery by contacting our customer service squad at email@example.com. We ask that you please include photo(s) along with your email.
International Shipping. SANO does not currently ship internationally, but we are in the process of expanding beyond the States! Email our customer service squad at firstname.lastname@example.org, and let them know to which country you’d like to see SANOsphere products shipped to, and we’ll provide you an update when we expand shipping capabilities to your country. Thanks for your patience.
Other Information. All above-referenced shipping estimates refer to business days (i.e., Monday-Friday). Any orders that occur during the weekend will be processed within two (2) business days from the first business day, not inclusive of holidays. An email confirmation will be provided when your order is processed and in preparation for shipment.
Customers in non-contiguous states (i.e., Hawaii and Alaska) and/or with P.O. Boxes may experience longer shipping times and potentially higher associated shipping costs.
